Maksym Nakonechnyi’s first feature film is a tough and surreal story about a woman warrior who does not want to be a victim. After a release from the enemy captivity, Ukrainian aerial reconnaissance expert Lilia tries to return to her peaceful life in Ukraine. The pain and trauma of captivity continue to rise to the surface as if in a dream. Though something inside her reminds her why she has to live on.
