The competition has been held since 2024 by the charitable platform Dity.Help together with the music channel M1 and Nashe Radio.

Dity.Help Music is a continuation of the Tavriysky Foundation’s initiative to support creative, musically gifted children of Ukraine.

Prior to this, the foundation held the Black Sea Games festival in Skadovsk from 1998 to 2021.

Participation in the competition provides young vocalists with ample opportunities to express themselves in a professional musical environment. The competition also promotes children’s participation in various image projects of the all-Ukrainian and international levels and collaborations with recognized masters of the modern Ukrainian scene.

In 2025, 930 applications were submitted to Dity.Help Music, which is a record for children’s music competitions held by the Tavriysky Igry company over all the years of its activity. This year, applications were received from 22 regions of Ukraine, as well as from Germany and the USA.

The Dity.Help Music competition in 2025 takes place in the following nominations:
- Vocalists (6-9 years old);
- Vocalists (10-12 years old);
- Vocalists (13-15 years old);
- Vocalists (16-18 years old);
- Duets and bands (6-18 years old);
- Modern folklore performance (6-18 years old);
- Author's song (author and performer of their own songs, 6-18 years old).

The winners of the nominations will receive a “turnkey song” produced by the Ukrainian music HUB TAVR Records.
