The documentary film “Hammer” tells the story of a Ukrainian volunteer, officer, great-grandson of the Sich rifleman Taras Bobanych “Hammer”. With the beginning of the full-scale Moscow invasion, Taras led a separate rifle battalion, which consisted of brave volunteers who were able and knew how to fight against the enemy. Our defenders destroyed a large number of enemies in the Kyiv region, and later they went to fight in the Kharkiv region. In one of the battles, Taras, leading his unit into battle, died. The film “Hammer” is not about tears. Taras, while alive, said: “It is not the time to cry, but the time to fight. We must take revenge on the enemy for every tear of a Ukrainian child and gain Independence”. The film “Hammer” is about love, friendship, adventure, brotherhood and the war of liberation.
