Description

The first film in the trilogy about feelings (LOVE/SEX/DREAMS) by Dag Johan Haugerud. Nominated for the Golden Lion for Best Film at the Venice Film Festival, 2024. Pragmatic doctor Marianne and nurse Thor meet on a ferry and strike up a conversation. Here he seeks out casual encounters and tries to avoid relationships. Upon learning of his particular approach to love and sexual relationships, Marianne wonders if Thor's philosophy will work in her own life. After all, she too explores the possibility of spontaneous intimacy, questioning societal norms.
