After their ship is caught in a mysterious storm, the pups of the Paw Patrol crash-land on an uncharted tropical island inhabited by dinosaurs. There, they meet Rex, a dog who has lived on the island for many years and has become a true expert in all things dinosaur-related. Meanwhile, the team's archenemy, Mayor Humdinger, brazenly exploits the island's natural resources and accidentally causes a massive dormant volcano to erupt. The Paw Patrol pups find themselves at the center of a series of ultra-complex rescue missions on a dinosaur scale - bigger than ever before. Now they must stop Humdinger before all life on the island is threatened with extinction.
