February 24, 2022. In Ukraine, daily life unfolds like any other day. The first bombings arrive, forcing many to leave the country, others to take up arms, and almost everyone to face separations, fears, the absence of basic necessities, and mourning.
The film is a journey undertaken by the director, driven by the need to reach the emotional epicenter of this conflict. It starts from Warsaw and crosses the cities of Lviv and Odessa, as well as the forgotten countryside of Ukraine, ultimately reaching Kyiv, Irpin, Bucha, and Borodyanka.
