Description
On Christmas Eve, Bill, a kind-hearted coal merchant and father of five daughters, accidentally learns of the horrific conditions at a local convent where "fallen women" are held. The discovery awakens painful memories of his own childhood and presents the man with a moral dilemma: remain silent, as everyone in the town does, or risk everything to save the women.
