To the 12th anniversary of the Revolution of Dignity, a large-scale documentary film was shot over 10 years - from the Maidan to the full-scale invasion. The story of two ardent idealists who meet and fall in love during the Revolution of Dignity. After the occupation of Crimea and the start of the war in Donbas, Pavlo loses his home in Donetsk and joins a volunteer battalion, and Svitlana becomes a volunteer. The situation escalates when, in fierce battles, Pavlo encounters his former instructor and airsoft comrades, who have switched sides and become separatists. Defending their country, democracy and love, the young couple finds themselves faced with a tough life choice. The film stars: participants in the events on the Maidan, military and public figures, in particular, writer Les Poderviansky and the Kozak System band. Historian Timothy Snyder called the film “a beautiful and must-see.” The film had its world premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival. The film received an impressive number of nominations and awards at international film festivals, including three major awards at the Melbourne Documentary Film Festival.
